If your necklace ever shows signs of tarnishing, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.

For other issues, such as breakage or damage due to handling, we provide repairs in our workshop, as long as the necessary components of the piece are still intact. These repairs are chargeable, with the cost depending on the condition of the jewelry. Shipping and delivery expenses are also at the customer’s charge.
