That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your jewelry.

✅ To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• It must be in the same condition you received it
• The return must be requested first (returns sent without approval won’t be accepted)

📩 How to start a return or exchange:

2. Share your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange
3. We’ll reply with the simple steps to follow

♻️ Exchanges

If you want something else, the easiest way is to:

1. Return your original item
2. Place a new order for the one you want

🧾 Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether it’s approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable
