We deliver across the UAE using Jeebly.
Standard delivery time: within 2 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You may request a return or cancellation within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Approved returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable.
5. Warranty & Repairs
All Pikapi pieces are 100% waterproof and covered by our Lifetime Tarnish Guarantee.
If your jewelry tarnishes or loses its shine, we will replace it — no questions asked.
This guarantee does not cover breakage or damage due to misuse or mishandling.
For such cases, we provide repair services in our workshop, as long as the required components are intact.
Repairs are chargeable based on the condition of the piece. Shipping and delivery costs are also at the customer’s expense.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with the UAE Federal Data Protection Law (PDPL No. 45 of 2021). Personal data is collected only to process and deliver orders. Information may be shared with third parties (Shopify, payment processors, courier partners) solely to fulfill your purchase. Customers may request correction or deletion of their data at any time.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this site or its content for unlawful purposes, to violate intellectual property rights, or to transmit harmful code (malware, phishing, etc.). Any breach may result in suspension of your account and legal action.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless otherwise required by IFZA regulations.
