What’s not included?

Breakage or damage caused by handling, accidents, or misuse

For these cases, we provide repair services in our workshop, as long as the required components of the piece are still intact. Repairs are chargeable, with the cost depending on the condition of the item. Shipping and delivery costs are also at the customer’s expense.
